I really wanted this set to work in my guest room. The set is a great value for the money and it looks great. My problem sad to say was that the color did not work. I contacted the seller prior to the purchase and asked if the color did not work could I return it. The response was positive. I did return the set and was immediately refunded my money. You can buy with confidence.

It's always hard to tell color until you get the item, so I relied on another reviewer's "seafoam" & maybe a little green in the blue, but when I opened the package it was a more of a grayish powder blue...and the trim and sheets are just plain beige. Kind of a dull color, but shiny as it's satin (and super slippery).

The quilted parts were nice as you couldn't see any flaws or wrinkles, but the plain parts (like the throw, Euro shams & bedskirt) looked like they were snagged and water spotted...apparently just flaws in the material, but very noticeable. Of course, being a bed-in-a-bag, everything was a wrinkled mess and needed some serious ironing...tried fluffing in the dryer but that didn't do the trick...and the 2 throw pillows were squashed & misshapen...nothing could be done to fix that.

The sheet sets are soft & seem to be of good quality (we'll see how they wash)...the bedskirt looks nice if you don't mind ironing all the pleats back in, and the quilt & quilted shams are nice.

If I hadn't had company coming the next night, I might have returned the set, but I figured the price was so low that I'd keep it...the label on the package was from the "ill fated" Linens & Things at almost double the price I paid, so overall it wasn't a bad buy & will have some use.

I wanted to add my comments because when I ordered this there were questions I had that couldn't be answered until I got it. So here's my comments:
1. Colors - are very hard to truly see on the screen so I will describe it. I would call this a seafoam color. My husband saw more blue in it and I see more green. It is very very shiny and slippery. The second color is almost golden but it is a coffee/golden color.
2. Sheets - the picture shows the blue/green color but I got two sets of beige sheets. I was concerned about the 200 thread count because I am picky about soft sheets - but these sheets are the softest sheets I ever owned - they are like hotel sheets. I also have a pillow top bed and while these sheets don't fit as well as the ones you buy with deeper sides and ends, they stay on just fine.

So, the slippery part is a little difficult and can catch on things but I didn't care because this set looks absolutely gorgeous. I would recommend that you decorate "around" it because again, the color may not be what you think.

This is also a most excellent value.

I ordered this product about 1 month ago and am very happy with the product. I would also like to take the time to say that Luxury bedding has taken all steps to make sure that there customers are satisfied. Thank you for all of you Help!!

I did not purchase this product, although I still love the item, because it did not come in a king size.

This is a gorgeous set, feel so good, so soft and also looks fancy, though be ware that it is more like beige with metal blue and doesn't look gold at all in person - just for those who are looking for something gold in color.. I was one of them but ended up keeping the set with me - too cute, I decided))

I like everyone else agree with the pic being the wrong color. Definitely more of a paler blue than the blue green it looks like in the pic. Kept it anyways because it is very beautiful regardless. The comforter is so slick though that there is no way to sleep with it without it falling off you and the bed all night. Would be great for a guest bedroom if you have another blanket underneath it for practical use.

The Color is rich and luxurious. I've gottten lots of compliments on this set. But the comforter is slipery. The only downfall is the sheets are terrible. I expected the blue/green sheets shown in the picture. Instead I got beige sheets that wrinkle awful in the dryer! They also are coming apart. It would also be great if there were matching drapes. I'm having a terrible time finding drapes to match!
