this band brought the funk and also hit you with some of the smoothest slow jams from back in the day. you always knew a AWB Groove by there trademark Drums, Bass, Guitar and punchy Horn charts. this collection is bumping from start to finish. i always dug there timing of rhythm and also there vocals and arrangements always had a groove going down. very versatile band.

AWB is one of the best R&B collections there is. I especially like the diverse background of this group, which makes them great. Should have been called AAWB(Above Average White Band)!
