On okay lower-end priced badge,

The badges are fairly easy to work with, but they are not very durably even in an office environment. The lamenation comes apart and the peel and stick clip eventually comes off. If you only need the badges for an occasional dog and pony show, then these badges will work. If you will be wearing them every day, however, you will want to spend more and get something better.
