Perfect for when you want to either cover a larger area of your letter/package, or add a small picture on the label - just nice to have a larger size label when needed. I added a little Baby clipart picture next to the address when sending out Baby Shower invites with these, and it printed and looked fabulous - no smudges.

I bought these labels to use in the pantry. I have to keep our supplies inside plastic containers to prevent rodent interest. I now have a very organized pantry. We plan on using them in the garage to label our storage boxes and my husband will use them in his shop for all the car stuff. Very easy to stick. I did notice they do not stay well on the rubbermaid container lids. Only on the side panels. With as cheap as these are I can use two!

I needed to be able to print name tags for a large party, alphabetically, from a database. I needed plenty of room for an "easy to read" name and other information about each person. These labels worked great, printed perfectly from my InkJet printer, were easy to remove from the sheet, and stayed put on the wearer's clothing, but removed easily. Thank you Amazon, because the 8163's weren't available other places.

I give these labels my highest recommendation as I like to recycle packaging (envelopes, boxes, plastic mailers) and they are sufficiently thick so that you only need one to cover up any addresses, codes, instructions that would ordinarily make it hard to reuse packaging. Even if you tend not to be a person who recycles, these will serve you well in case you need to return a purchase using the same package that it came in.

Easy to peel and can be used for addressing using computer software or just as good to peel off and write over them by hand. Priced reasonably and there is little else to say about "labels." If you need them, these are as good as it gets for the reasons highlighted above.

If you use labels exclusively for mailings on new envelopes, you might be able to save a few dollars and buy another Avery product that has more labels for a similar price.

These Avery shipping labels are easy to use. The 2 x 4 inch size is large enough for both the to: address and a return address. They stick very well. The labels make it easy to reuse boxes and large envelopes because they have a gray blocking layer that covers any writing or printing underneath.

I've had no trouble using my ink-jet printer to print the labels and the Avery templates make it snap to produce professional looking results.

These lables work just like they are suppposed to. They don't come off in the printer like some of the no name lables do. Avery just works!

These labels are much cheaper buying through Amazon. They're Avery labels, great product. You can't go wrong by purchasing them. And, I will be buying more when I run out.

It's environmentally friendly to reuse packaging material, but it can be annoying when you try to cover up or tear up old labels. The Avery TrueBlock Technology comes to the rescue. It's a time saver and frustration free solution.

I've used these labels in Clear for years, and ink from my B&W laser printer stuck to them like glue. But these paper labels can't seem to hang on to it. By the time I press the label down to the envelope, there are smudge marks everywhere.

I have used these exclusively to be able to reuse shipping boxes that are covered with miscellaneous old shipping labels and barcodes and whatnot. These are well-sized as well as sturdy and opaque enough that whatever they're covering doesn't bleed thru. I haven't run them through a printer yet since I always handwrite my labelling.

If you're looking for an alternative to taping big swaths of paper all over shipping boxes to cover up old markings (that's what I used to do), these are great.
