Based on the life and times of Howard Hughes, The Aviator tells the story of aviation pioneer Hughes (Leonardo DiCaprio), the eccentric billionaire industrialist and Hollywood film mogul famous for romancing some of the most beautiful women of his time. The drama recounts the years of his life from the late 1920s through the 1940s, an epoch when Hughes was directing and producing Hollywood movies and test flying innovative aircrafts he designed and created.

I have yet to see this movie, I picked up the book, as it was on sale for 5.99 and I am a writer. By the 4th page or so, I was invested, in this book. in Hughes life. it pulls you in, inside his head, tics, and wants. and doesnt stop until the last page.
