5.0 out of 5 stars avid disc brake bleed kit
The Avid Disc Brake Bleed kit worked perfectly. It comes with instructions and a Avid Disc Brake Web site that you can go to watch a video on how to bleed these brakes. As for the kit itself, it worked without fail and all the attachment a plus. Very complete kit. AAAA++++

2.0 out of 5 stars Seriously?!
Well I am dissapointed that SRAM makes such a poorly made product. The hose seals on the syringes are almost non-existant. The seal didn't last the first time I tried to use this kit and when I was trying to get rid off the bubbles from the brakes, the hose seal gave up and sent buch of bubbles into my brakes! Tried another kit, same result. Woudn't recommend this...

The bleed kit was excellent and far exceeded my expectations. Just remember to plug the rear caliper before the final bleed steps!!!

This kit is easy to use and works well! I didn't want to leave my bike for a week or more at our local, busy bike shop. So, my husband and I just used the kit and it was super simple! I was back on my bike in no time!

4.0 out of 5 stars Works great, but shouldn't need it, December 2, 2011

It's kind of irritating that Avid makes you buy this to bleed their brakes, but the kit does work very well. You could probably put the kit together yourself for much cheaper, but then that would take time and I was too lazy. It looses one start for the price.

Pushing oil through a brake system is hard, and this kit makes it look easy. Stop reading this and go ride!

If you have hydraulic brakes you'll need this kit. Buy it before you need it. It's worth every penny and its easy to use.

1.0 out of 5 stars Did not fit 09 Juicy Ultimate caliper bleeder hole, October 6, 2011

The brass fittings designed to fit into the caliper bleeder holes did not fit the calipers on my 09 Juicy Ultimate's. I had to put the barbed end in a drill then rub on a file as I was spinning it to reduce the diameter of the shoulder down enough so that the threads would engage.

I made it work but this is a major design flaw.

In my experience the Avid system is easy to bleed compared to other systems. The kit word nice and was simple. I used this kit a bit before a race for my first time and was very happy with the results!
