I recently installed a set of Avid Elixir CR's on my 2007 Stumpjumper FSR. They started squeeling almost immediately.
I replaced the pads with the organic pads and now they're much quiter. Very easy to install also. You don't even need to remove the wheel to change the pads. Good product.

These are first replacement pads I got for my Elixir disc breaks. Nice and genuine product. Comes with spare screw and pin.

Note: After installing brand new pads I had NO stopping power in my breaks and it took some use before the pads "broke in", so give yourself some time and use your breaks as much as possible until they are working.

Description is DECEPTIVE and MISLEADING.

No specifications given. One can buy a single pair of brake pads for alot less.
