This doggy shampoo works wonderfully! It helps to keep my 3 toy poodle boys' fur super soft and shiny as well as smelling amazing! This is a really great product - I have never found a better shampoo for my boys! My boys are my life and I only want what is the ABSOLUTE BEST for them - this shampoo is one thing that is the BEST! Also.. my oldest poodle, Bosco, has had skin irritations/allergies his entire life.. THEY ARE GONE NOW!!! Bosco has stopped itching/scratching and no longer has to take meds from the vet! WHOOOO HOOOOO! *smile* HE is a HAPPY boy!

One has to wet the animal before massaging in the shampoo. Other shampoos I have used could be suds up first and applied, then rinsed off. The difference is, my cat feels wetter sooner with AvoDerm. She gets ready to call it quits sooner. I know to have warm water containers ready to use before she notices how soaked to the bone she is. This shampoo makes her fur smell wonderful for days afterward.

I've been using this shampoo for 2 years now. Tried a few others until I found this. My poor dog has very dry skin, and this does the job of cleaning his coat so well without any skin irritation at all. I recommend this to anyone who wants a clean & soft coat for there dog without the dry skin.

Tried this shampoo as my golden retriever was getting irritated by some of the "cheaper" shampoos and I couldn't be more pleased. Great scent, even still wet there was no "wet dog" smell - and now two days later when she runs by there's a nice mellow fragrance. So far no itching or scratching with it and it created a nice lather and sudsy bath. Looking forward to trying some of their other grooming products now. Was $12.00 in my local petstore but well worth it. 5 Star.

I have a 16 week old labradoodle with a nonshedding fleece coat (similiar to a poodle). This product was recommended to me by a vet tech. So far, I'm very pleased with the product. It has not irritated my puppy's skin nor damaged his fur. It leaves his fur soft and rinses easily. I really enjoy the scent. It's a light fragrance that isn't overpowering. You only notice it when you pick up the puppy. I've smelled many shampoos for dogs and most have either a strong perfume smell, herbal smell, fruit smell or medicated scent - all of which do not appeal to me. I'll continue usng this product as well as try other products in this line.
