I ordered this power supply for my Avocent SwitchView KVM. The product I received, however, was not the SVPS-AM, but rather an imitation. Much worse, the ps was the wrong voltage and amperage! Upon receipt, I immediately called Avocent directly and was told that what I had was not the correct part and that using it could damage the KVM. I'm not sure if Office Depot was trying to cheat me or if this was an honest mistake, but I can say that when I called to arrange for return, there was no apology offered. I recommend avoiding Office Depot.
