This book is one of those rare finds where you can open up to any random page, start reading, and find something useful and intriguing that keeps you reading. I purchased this after looking at several other books on the subject of "shyness," social anxiety, problems with communication, psychology, abusive upbringings--this book addresses causes, symptoms, signs, perceptions of others (managers, teachers, associates, etc.) and prognosis of this most compelling and frustrating condition. Helpful for both those suffering from this condition and those who know/love them.
