NOTE: I did not purchase this from Amazon.com. I bought it from the actual Avon site, and I got a fantastic deal on it (4 eyeliners for $10). ALSO, in the product description on Amazon where it says that it's "dark brown?" ...Not true in the slightest, it is without question a dark, super shimmery shade of royal blue. I looked at my pencil just to be sure it's the correct one, and it specifically says "#G42, Twilight Sparkle."
I absolutely LOVE this liner, and I'm honestly not one for blue eyeliner. Even in somewhat dark lighting, you can still tell that it's a lovely, dark, royal blue color that has tons of wonderful, multi-faceted sparkles in it. I will absolutely purchase this liner again, I use it almost every day--and before this I exclusively used liquid liner because I hated how pencils smudged! This one does not smear at all, it pretty much stays on until I wash it off, even through a night of sleep! Love it!
