I work in a hospital so I use hand sanitizer at least 100 times every day in addition to washing my hands at the very least 20 times per shift. My hands tend to get a little dry to say the least. I can get halfway through my shift without any problems as long as I put this lotion on beforehand and I carry a little one with me to use during. I always get compliments on how soft my hands are. It's amazing and my coworkers are always borrowing it. We've actually put one of these next to the sink for communal use now.

In addition I have Keratosis Pilaris (chronic bumps on my arms) and this lotion makes them almost disappear. Never in my life has the skin on my arms been so smooth and soft. This is the one lotion that's provided a solution.

Note that this lotion is not for the faint of heart. It's pretty thick and heavy duty. The thing to keep in mind if you're skin is only slightly dry is "a little bit goes a LONG way." If you put too much on you will be sticky. It doesn't always feel great at first but that's just because it needs a bit to soak in. It will moisturize deep but you need to be patient. I usually moisturize my arms at night because it takes an hour or more for that amount to soak in. My hands only take about 5 minutes unless I use a lot.

I've used the Avon Moisture Therapy hand cream for more than 5 years. It really keeps my hands really soft. My house and office have hard water so I definitely use this cream everyday. I've also given this hand cream as Christmas gifts too and my friends like it too.
