Avon Feng Shui Soothing Chimes Alarm Clock

I don't like waking up to harsh sounding alarms. So I bought this hoping for pleasant wind chime sounds.

The clock makes a tinkling sound. Individual notes are not distinguishable.

The snooze button goes off every four minutes it seems--not enough of a pause.

The "off" button for the alarm is not programmed correctly and so mistakenly works like the snooze button; therefore I have to manually slide the alarm selector switch to "off" before the alarm will quit coming back on. It takes finess to do this one-handed without tipping the clock over or jostling the chimes and making a lot of noisy clatter.

There's no light on the clock, so I have to turn on a bright lamp to see what time it is during the night.

This clock is not for traveling because the chimes get tangled up if the clock is jostled too much.

I bought this inexpensive clock to try out a more natural alarm sound. I'm now sold on a natural alarm sound, but am currently looking for a more expensive clock that won't tip over so easily and turns off more easily each morning, and has a light built into it.

With the above said, I still prefer this clock to electronic/harsh sounding alarm clocks.
