This starts out real slow. I have the cassette version- 4 cassettes. It says abridged (Thank God). They probably could have cut it down to 2 cassettes. I stopped listening half way through side 3. It's that bad, in fact it's dreadful (and I like Canfield). Cheryl Richardson's book is light years ahead of this (see below). Canfield does a much better job with 'The Success Principles'.

A far better treatise of this is

'Life Makeovers....One Week At a Time' by Cheryl Richardson (secular)

AND

'Your Best Life Now' by Joel Osteen (faith-based).

This is a replacement for the lost original. I love this simple guided meditation ~ I listen to it as I fall off to sleep, then awake refreshed.
