Something for everyone!,

A therapist in the Pacific Northwest, Wolf has drawn from a variety of disciplines--everything from guided meditation to Reiki--to put together an original and wide-ranging "cookbook" of self-help techniques. His thesis is that we all have, innately, the ability to heal ourselves, phyaically, psychologically, and spiritually, and goes on to explain, in full detail, the methods that have worked for himself and his clients. Case histories, sidebars, and upbeat reassurance make for a very rewarding read.
