Generally, I am not a big fan of guided meditations and I have thrown out CDs of that genre in the past. But this one is actually pretty good and has a very strong positive effect on me. I especially love the meditation on meetting the spirit guides and angels. If you are into angels, ascended masters, chanelling and the like, you should get this one.

I liked this meditation CD. It is a bit more religious, than some others.
I found myself even ''teary'' at times, while listening to it, as its very deep. I would recommend it, if you don't mind the religion part in it.
