On his 6th birthday Asad Mohammad witnesses the murder of his entire family. His uncle and Asad survive the massacre. He swears revenge and through his uncle he becomes involved with a group of people who use the cover of the religious education to work towards a goal which would bring chaos to the Western World. Asad is an exceptionally gifted boy and makes his way into a different culture. He goes to the French Boarding School for Boys in Algiers, where he finds friends of different faith to his and yet they become best of friends. The people who are financing his education manage to get him in the school holidays to training camps where he learns the basics of terrorism. It is there that he meets a girl with whom he falls in love. Years later they get married and whilst Asad goes to France to study Chemistry and English, his wife becomes the mother of a little boy. Like many times before Asad wants to get out of the terrorism and live a normal life, but then tragedy strikes again.

About the Author
Steve Stoessler was born in 1950 in Bad Godesberg, West Germany. His parents were journalists and often visited by colleagues from all over the world, and Steve grew up keen to see the big wide world they spoke of for himself. After school he set off on his travels. He joined a group of Cossack riders and went with them through Europe. In the following years he travelled to North America, the Caribbean islands, Mexico, central America, South America, North Africa, South Africa, the Far East and all over Europe. During this time he tried his hand at a range of jobs, ranging from wild animal trainer, stuntman and bodyguard, to barman, waiter and truck driver. In the year 2000 he finally returned to Peterborough, England, where settled down with his wife Janice and became an IT manager. Nowadays he uses his travel experiences as inspiration for his writing, and lets his characters do the adventuring. In his books, he takes advantage of his upbringing in the world of politics and world affairs and the many people he has met. He links these experiences into his topical books on the subject of terrorism.
