I read everything Christine Feehan publishes, and this one fell below par for her. First, it is VERY short compared to every other novel she's written. Second, this one was lacking a central plot line. Her books always contain characters who are very passionate, especially with their love-making, but the book focuses on the protagonists getting down to business, so to speak, and not on any other goal. This book lacked any real plot and focused solely on the two finally "mating" (they're leopard people). There was no real climax to the book (no pun intended), which is very unusual for her. If you are interested in reading her, I highly recommend her, just not this book.

I usually love her books (and think I've bought every single one)- but this was very badly written. There was little to no plot, and the characters were very one dimensional. The story was over very quickly, yet it did not feel complete as a short story should. I was very, very disappointed and would not recommend this story to anyone.

I am sorry to say that the author seems to be losing her thought process. There was absolutely no plot or story line. I have read everything and I was totally disappointed with this book.
