Courses from The Interactive CD-ROM Training Library provide safety, health, and regulatory compliance training using a combination of audio, full-motion video, text, and colorful graphics. Courses feature both Video for Windows (INDEO) and MPEG compatibility, platform software that installs automatically, and comprehensive user's and trainer's guides. Each course is 30 to 45+ minutes long, depending on the topic. Courses are divided into logical sections, each with its own quiz and test. All courses include a training management system, allowing trainers to define and organize curriculum, establish log-in features, and set up pre- and post-tests. The system also allows employee performance information to be collected and organized through a powerful relational database, which can generate tracking and record keeping reports.
