I get great reception on several locals channels, surprisingly better than anticipated for the size. The built-in charger is there..they just hid it a little too well. If you remove the batteries and look closely, you will see a tiny slot that houses the on/off switch for charging. You will have to put something thin in the slot to move it to on. Why they made it this difficult to find and why they did not mention how to locate it in the manual is a mystery to me. But all in all, this is worth the money and then some.... I'll be putting some in Christmas stockings this year for sure...

The picture is good. Light weight. The little stand is very useful.

There is no "Built-in charger with 4 NiMH rechargeable batteries" in this package !

Receives all local channels with clear picture and good color. I am pleased with this purchase.

I am quite pleased with this little TV. It works as expected and I especially like the "monitor" capability for viewing output from other video cameras. The portability is a real plus.

I bought the AXN5327A primarily for work. I use it to test out video lines at television sporting events. In this capacity it works as expected, using a not-included video input cable. The antenna interferes with the video input port, but it's a minor gripe. As a TV It's marginal. I've tried to tune in stations inside TV trucks (not a good location, often cellphones don't work) with mixed results. I haven't tested it extensively but if you fiddle with the antenna and you are near (line-of-sight) a TV station's transmitter, you could get an acceptable signal. Outdoors at a staudium high in the stands could be an ideal location for good reception. It reminds me of a portable black and white TV of years ago but in color and smaller. In fact it's size is a plus for me; very portable!

It's too small and signal is too weak. The life of battery is too short.Not recomment to buy this. You can find some other model better quality.

Item arrived promptly and during Christmas rush, I actually ordered late and didn't think I would get it until after Christmas. It was all that I expected my mother was very happy with it. There was one thing that needs to be told the reception could be 100% but you must order an alternate antenna. Overall item is great.

I bought this TV to pick up Armed Forces Network signals at my base in Iraq (transmitted from ON the base, BTW), and all I get is a very poor picture and sound I can barely hear. The reception is worthless in my opinion, so I packaged it up and sent it to my son back home...thanks Axion, I had to go out and buy a regular TV for $99, which works perfectly with the enclosed rabbit ears.
