The cables do provide the audio connection required for audio applications requiring the male RCA connector type. The short coming with these cables is that they are actually short (not 25 ft long). Just as the component cables from Axis listed on Amazon.com, the audio cables are approximately 21 ft long and do not measure up! Too short for my application.
