Product Description

This is considered to be the best double pedal ever!  It includes two Sonic Hammer Beaters and two heavy duty springs.   The Axis Longboards extend the usable footboard area by 2 inches. This greatly increases leverage and power by allowing the entire leg (calf and knee) to be powerfully expressed with the utilization of heel-toe strokes

Being that these cost 600$, I agonized for weeks, studying and playing every double pedal set I could get my feet on....I played some very good pedals, but nothing compares to the fluidity and control that Axis pedals allow me. I absolutely love these pedals, and i will never look back. 600$ for a good reason, they're the only pedals you will ever use again.

These pedals are worth every penny they are charging for. There is a reason why they are charging 600 for these, and its worth it. I play strictly death metal/death core, and let me say, these pedals are absolutely amazing, with playing the fast type of music i do, with the fast double bass, triplets, and quadruplets with the feet, there is no better way to go if you want to achive high speeds. I previously had before these the Iron Cobras, (which were awesome pedals) for 400 bucks they were worth it and, they were awesome. But compared to the axis pedals, it is night and day, they are so fast, so smooth, and so responsive. It is literally like they are glued to your feet its crazy. They do take some getting used to, but that is just because they are so good. And ajustability wise, there is alot of different options and ways. I recommend going with these, if you want the bang for you buck, buy the AL-2 pedals, not the XL-2 (which are also amazing pedals) the AL-2 just have more adjustability features. I very highly recommend to anyone to buy these pedals if you are thinking about it. I regret not buying these for about the past year when i never did, because of the simple fact that they are 600. But like i said, i very very highly recommend these pedals, if you are considering it, buy them!!!! My only complaint, is they do not have pedals spikes, only velcro on the bottom, which is ok for carpeted areas, i unfortunately dont at the moment like most people. But dont let that shy u away. BUY THEM!!!

I knew I wanted these pedals for a while now, but considering the review above (the one that states the beaters don't fit on an electric kick pad) and the fact that I generally play on a Roland TD-15, I had my doubts. However, after a while of researching, I finally got them and have no problems with them. They have about a four inch spread, so the beaters fit perfectly fine on a standard kick pad. Don't let the negative review stray you away from getting these if you truly want them.

As for the actual aspects of the pedals, I'm sure you already know from most reviews... These pedals are amazing! They're as light as air. They're actually so light, that it really threw me off at first and it will take a while to adapt to them for sure. Also, there are endless adjustment settings that I have yet to play with. These are only my second pair of double bass pedals (next to a low quality SP double pedal) and I got them with the intention of them being my last. I have zero disappointments. They play really smoothly and open up a whole new world of being able to practice at higher speeds.
Love them!

The prime point of my review is to confirm that they do in fact fit on electric drum kits though.
