I've had to replace my bowflex hand grips a few times now so I figured I'd give these a try. The ones that come with the bowflex have a little wider space for larger hands so these felt a little cramped at 1st but I got used to that. The grips are padded really soft. That feels good. I've used them at the full 300LB capacity of my bowflex a couple weeks now & they seem to be holding up well. Guess I'll see just how long they last overall. So far I'm happy with them.

5 1/2 month update - Well 1 of 2 cracked now so I deducted a star from my rating. Some of the ones I ordered thru bowflex lasted longer, some didn't (I guess?). I forget how many sets I ordered over 10 years but I'm thinking it was only 3 (plus the original set that came with it?) so 1 cracking in less than 6 months doesn't seem especially great. I guess with plastic, it's going to break sooner or later. I'll keep using the good one with the one good bowflex one I have left & see how long it goes till I decide if I order another set of these or look for another brand.

6 1/2 month update - well it didn't take long for the 2nd one to crack. I guess I've leave it a 3 stars but 6 months doesn't seem very long lasting. They were the cheapest out there so I'll leave it at 3 stars with an I guess you get what you pay for comment. Think I'll be looking for something that isn't made of plastic since I do want them to last & I do use a decent amount of weight on my bowflex. My apologies to anyone who experienced or will experience the same disappointment based on my initial review.

I have a total gym and didn't like the handles that came with it. I looked for the other handles that total gym has and they were expensive. I found the Aylio handles on Amazon.com and love them. Much better price and just as good!

I bought these for my wife as replacements for her Weider Total Body Works 5000 Gym, which we purchased in the Spring. By Fall one of the original handles had already cracked. She likes the fact that these handles are smaller than the original pair because they enable her to get a better grip.

These are great! I replaced the steel grips on my Total Gym with these. No more stress on my wrists means I can do my complete workout with no pain... at least in my hands!!! I was surprised at how light weight these are. I don't do a grueling workout, but these handles are holding up superbly!

I purchased the Aylio Heavy Duty Exercise Handles to replace the metal handles that came with my Total Gym 1100. I researched options and from what I saw on Amazon, the Aylio handles could replace similar handles sold by Total Gym direct. So far I'm pleased with the handles, but I hesitate to call them heavy duty. I also liked the fact they had a lifetime warranty so I don't have to worry about them failing at some point. Overall I'm satisfied.

They make my total gym much nicer and more comfortable to work out on...plus there isnt a constant "clanging" from these like I got from the original metal ones that came with it...

This product was shipped to me amazingly fast even though I used standard shipping. The hand grips are very good quality. They are comfortable to use and a great product to use for my exercise routine. I am very pleased.

These handles have so far been very durable for the past two months. I can't say the same about the bands though. However the company was very good about replacing the band. Like I said though, no issues with the handles

These Aylio Heavy Duty Exercise Handles are great, very strong and comfortable. I used them for 5 weeks straight for my homemade suspension training apparatus. I am 200lbs and feel very secure with these handles.

The Aylio Heavy Duty Exercise Handles have really worked great. Better quality then original handles. I would not hesitate to get another pair.
