I have a very long history of nosebleeds - particularly when the dry winter season comes. The only things that could somehow help were the saline sprays but to feel the effect I had to use them every few hours, which wasn't too convenient - to say the least. The Saline Nasal Gel has solved my problem completely: once or twice a day was enough for me not to have a single nosebleed during the last winter season! My wife who has seasonal allergies has also switched to the gels and is happy so far :-).

I've had a problem with extremely dry sinuses for months now. I was going through saline like crazy. This gel product helps immensely since it doesn't drip (much) and it also contains aloe which helps sooth my dry cracked sinuses.

This saline nasal spray is great because it is a gel that doesn't just run down your throad. Also, the addition of aloe makes it even more soothing. Great product1

This is an effective product. If your nose tends to dry out you will like this. If you use a CPAP machine this product will help your comfort level a lot.

My Doctor recommended this product, I looked in all of the stores,(Walmart, Walgreens and CVS) and could not find it. I found it on Amazon.com ordered it and it works the best of any product that I have purchased similar to it.

I have sinus problems all the time and dry nasal ducts in dry atmospheres. This stuff is easy to use and shoots a small glob up your duct where it become liquid and you can smiff it up the duct and the sinuses.

i had a deviated septum surgery a month ago and i didn't know that i would have to blow my nose constantly to get all the crap that builds up inside....anyhow in case u don't know the first week or two u shouldn't blow ur nose but afterwards u need to start lightly begin to excrete all that blood n mucous out somehow....doctors would recomm ayr saline but i'mo tell u right now don't waste ur money on it...just get a netti pot pour warm water with a tiny bit of salt in the mornings n in the evenings n u'll be set....that's the way to go.....good luck

Being a user of oxygen, this product was perfect. Moisturizes and stays longer than nasal sprays and more convenient than a tube of mosurizing gel.

I have been using the Saline nasal spray (mist) for a few years now for allergies and the winter when my nose gets very dry. The mist has worked, as advertised, however, like other reviewers, you would need to keep applying it throughout the day. I have only been using this for a few weeks now, but I only have to apply 1 spray in each nostril, once a day and it lasts the whole day. I do continue to use the mist to help clean/clear my nose prior to applying prescription corticosteroids (such as nasonex, veramyst, etc). However, I use this for all other needs.


Simply put, this spray provides the same comfort and hydration the mist does, but lasts much longer.

Ayr Saline Nasal Gel No-Drip is the perfect product for those of us who have
dry nasal passages which are more than bothersome...because our breathing is
inhibited...I experienced the total benefit the first time I used it!
