I bought this for my 78 year old mother, who was recovering from a serious sinus infection. After a couple of courses of antibiotics, which left her washed out, her doctor recommended Ayr Sinus Spray (all natural aloe vera version) to help sooth and gently open her nasal passages. It worked like a dream and didn't dry out the lining like other nasal sprays. In fact, I kept her well supplied whilst on the road to recovery. Like many of the older generation, she can only take very mild medications, so if you have a delicate constitution I would highly recommend this 'naturally gentle' but very effective spray.
