I liked this book very much and will keep it as part of my Ayuervedic library. It has very detailed and useful medical information. I was a little disappointed with the lack of spiritual information and spiritual tie-in to our physical parts. But over all a very good reference book.

This has great information on what to focus on during your asana practice. Will improve your knowledge of anatomy and provide an energetic jumpstart to your practice if you use it right.

I have been intrigued with acupressure points, acupuncture points, and as of late, Marma points, for use in my healing practice over the past few years. I use these points energetically, as opposed to manual stimulation. So, up to the release of this book I was always looking for better guides, maps, and general information for the Marmas. This book delivered exactly what I needed.

This book is a very complete and comprehensive guide to Marmas, their locations, what they govern, and how to interact with them based on Ayurvedic medicine. Invaluable information contained here that is as good a guide as I have seen so far. A great choice and addition to anyone's healing practice or home library.

Everyone should read this book. The pressure points are the most powerful and effective of any of the many compendiums I have read. My wife and I love the effects this book has had on our health and wellbeing. Very clear and well-written, a highly useful masterpiece.

This book brings together the basic principles of ayurvedic pressure point healing using the Marma points. It is a very useful tool for those who use acupressure or foot reflexology.

"Yurveda and Marma Therapy is a well illustrated text which assists the self-healer in each of us to a greater understanding from both an Eastern Ayurvedic and Western Medicine contrast to healing, providing the terminologies of the parts of the body. Specifically, my interest is in the connection of the carotid vascular area in our necks which become clogged as we age, understanding where it is what it looks like, and the remedies for healing the cholesterol buildup assists one to approach self-healing from a very practical capacity. Knowing the delicacies of the pressure points and the specific types of remedies for specific "dis-ease," can assist one to "work-at," and potentiall "master," self-healing for many marma energy points in one's body. This is a wonderful text to assist anyone to become more familiar with one's body and the reasoning from the Eastern Tradition of Ayurvedic remedies for "whole health!!!!!!!!!!1" I am exceedingly grateful to the authors of this text.

An indepth book that I'm slowly learning from with all seriousness. Excellent content and up there with the best of them. Comparing some parts of this book with Chinese accupressure and acupuncture. This is a book that I would keep with all possessiveness for reading, learning and re-reading many times for many years to come.

Understanding the marma or energy points in yogic healing helps deliver better ayurvedic interventions. This book is clear and complete.
