If you want to get into the healing process very fast, start exercising, and rejuvenate your self very quickly. This is the book for you. It will show you the process of healing in steps including exercises. It is full of guided tables and provides a resource list for more info. and products at the end of each chapter. I have worked on some of the exercises and the cleansing process and I felt the Difference. ?
