It is not "concise", it is just very limited. It gives very few direction into Azeri grammar (if any). This book is too basic. I don't believe that it could be helpful to any English-speaking person, trying to start on their Azeri at all. May be just a bit helpful to an Azeri person with their English, but that is all.
