Originally my wife had these recommended by a local chiropractor because she was always tired. She liked them (at about $15 per bottle!) so I found them on the internet at a much cheaper price of $6-9. She has been using them about 10 years and swears by them. My mother, who'll be 93 in September, has been getting a monthly B-12 shot for over 25 years which never fails to perk her up. Mom's doctor tells me it is not an effective booster for everyone. You have to try it and see if it helps. I tried the pills for a month, and couldn't discern any change, but I take a Vitamin B complex pill daily which probably serves the same purpose. Note: This is the cheapest I have seen the Twin Labs brand!

Too soon to know how effective these are since I'm a month or so out from having my next round of blood work (I have diabetes and was recently found to have a B-12 deficiency). I initially purchased sublingual B-12 at CVS, but it was pretty expensive and since I purchase so many products from Amazon, I thought I'd give these a try. Compared to the more expensive CVS vitamins, these have much poorer flavor but the bigger complaint I have is that they don't dissolve very well. The CVS tablets dissolved quickly, in about 30 seconds. These take several minutes and even then don't dissolve completely. I won't be purchasing these again.

It's good to be able to find a vegetarian source of B12 for such a cheap price. I hesitated with a lot of other supplements because a great many of them came from animal sources, and I'm just not into that. This is a good product; my energy levels have shot up within a couple of weeks of using this, and I don't need a zillion cups of coffee to get me through my day anymore. And it dissolves in just a minute, and tastes pretty decent for a vitamin. Highly recommended for vegetarians and vegans who need B12, but don't want to compromise their diets for a supplement.

I bought this item as a supplement to the diet and lifestyle changes I am making this year. These "dots" are very competitively priced on Amazon, so I decided to give them a try despite warnings of aftertaste,etc. With that in mind...they aren't the best tasting things in the world. If you're expecting something along the lines of one of those tasty cherry "cough drops", look elsewhere, because this is not it. Furthermore, they do not seem to dissolve completely no matter how long I leave them in my mouth. I take these in the morning and am willing to leave them in until they dissolve; without fail, there remains a chalky...shell that I have to chew up and swallow.
As for energy, I was hoping to see some improvement with the addition of these "dots". I often forget to take my vitamins, but popping a dis-solvable pill right after brushing? I can do that! Only, I don't see that much of an improvement. I think I saw more with Goji juice. So if you're low on energy and you believe that B12 will help you, give it a try. If you're looking for something that will definitely work and doesn't taste off, try a different brand.

I always feel better after taking my B12. And it dessolves in your mouth, so you don't have to gag it down like you do with every other thing. It doesn't taste great, but it's ok. I will buy it again.

It's a good product, don't get me wrong. just wish the tablets would dissolve a little quicker. I take a couple of different supplements so I drink those down with water first, then pop one of these under my tongue. It usually takes about 5 full minutes to completely dissolve, if I don't accidentally swallow it before then. The flavor on them is fine - a light cherry taste, but not strong.

The additional vitamin B-12 of these little dots gives me the significant increase in energy level I was hoping for, and I love the convenience of putting the dot under my tongue to dissolve instead of taking another large vitamin pill. It doesn't taste bad and there is no lingering after-taste.

Months ago, after a blood test showed I was low on Vitamin B12, due to taking Prilosec daily ( I have GERD), my doctor told me to take sublingual B12 everyday. I've been using this product for five months now, and I think they're a great value for the price. Highly recommend it.

These seem an ideal solution - they're vegetarian, taste reasonable, and the tiny pills dissolve in no time. More importantly, the price on Amazon is significantly less than anywhere else I've seen, especially when you use Subscribe & Save. Another item on the essential vegan list of products!

I ordered this product after being told I needed to take B-12. I like this since I didn't have to swollow another pill. The taste is like cherries which I don't mind at all. The shipping was very fast. I received it two days after ordering.
