Another impressive, imaginary, instrumental short-track from the heavy experimenters yields impressive, supremely angular enjoyment at it's short-lived best. Sadly the band has not released a certified long-play (which may or may not be a good thing), but even with their chaotically sublime instrumentation, the language often moves into repeated exercise, diminishing with the ep's long formless, anti-jam center. There is still more then enough to warrant solid ground here, with repeated listens revealing more of these full-throttle movements inking out unmapped terrain somehow making all of this aggressive, atypical notation feel fun and relatively accessible. It is just a shame the group will not further flesh out their sound with a thought out full-length.
