He also speaks about some of the philosophical roots of yoga practice and quotes from the two yoga classics The yoga sutras of Patanjali and Hatha yoga Pradipika. In the last 35 minutes of the tape Mr. Iyengar demonstrates pranayama or breathing exercises including lying and sitting positions and "refinement" of breath or Nadi Sadhana Pranayama.
