I like the purse, don't get me wrong, however....I think the straps should be longer and maybe the bottom of the purse should be harder so it stands up better. Overall, it was smaller than I would have liked but the leather is absolutely gorgeous! I will be ordering another Makowsky bag in the future.

There are certain aspects of this bag that I love and others that I'm not so crazy about. I ordered this in Midnight - a pretty navy blue. The leather is great quality with a nice feel, and I suspect it would wear quite well. Makowsky bags are also very well designed in terms of functionality; the pockets are well placed, and I loved how easily accessible my keys and phone always are. However, the proportions of this bag just don't work for me. The bag is small-medium in size (though it holds a decent amount), and I found the two straps to be too thick and look disproportionate to the size of the bag. I didn't think they sat very well on my shoulder and gave the bag a cheaper appearance. I think a single strap would be much more appropriate for a bag of this size. Additionally, the bottom of the bag should have more structure, as the bag sags when you put heavier items on the bottom, exposing the circular stitching on the bottom of the bag. And the animal print lining - not my taste. Overall, this bag is made of high quality material and is quite functional, but in my opinion fit and finish are in the details, and there are just a few elements here that needed a little more thought.

The quality of this handbag is supreme! It's utilitatian functionality is hard to beat, as well! I'm a new B.Markowsky fan!
