This is such a well made handbag, I've had other B. Makowsky bags and they are always built to last. I ordered the Port color and the only complaint is that in person it's actually very purple. In the photo it looks like a almost hot pink color but it's far from pink. Very pretty though and I will keep it because I love the color. Definitely a great fall purple color. So I love it anyway. But just in case someone doesn't like purple and thinks the Port is pink, I would suggest not buying it.

This is my first B. Makowsky handbag and I am happy with my purchase. I looked at this Chicago purse at many stores, but Amazon got the best price--less than $100 for this quality handbag is a true bargain. The handbag has 2 front pockets, big enough for my small cell phone, and 1 small back pocket, good size for a small ID card. I bought it in port, which is darkish pink/a hint of purple and it is not trashy but classy. The size is perfect for everyday use-- big enough to carry letter size items.

I was very pleased with my purchase. I always love the softness of B. Makowsky bags. This was my first time buying in Basil Color. It is a different hue (cross between gray and light blue). The size is also perfect not too big and not too small. Great for everyday.

This bag is soft and beautiful. The port is the perfect color and will look great all year around. I just wish that it had inside pockets on both sides of the inside and not just one. Otherwise it is wonderful. The cell phone pocket is big enough for my PDA. I am definitally going to spray a protector on it before use since the color is so dark I dont want it to rub off on my white shirts, since the tag says (color transfer may occur).
