I just received this bag in brown. The bag is not as dark brown as pictured. The leather is soft, hence the bag is not very structured when not full. It is well made and reasonably priced. I like the fact that there are two compartments, one large zippered, fully lined exterior compartment that is the part of the front flap with the turnlock attached. Another large fully lined compartment accessed when the silver and gold front turnlock is opened. There is an interior zippered pocket as well as one multifunction pocket and a small lobster claw to attach a key ring to inside the compartment. There is an exterior slip pocket in the back of the bag. The bag is 14 1/2 inches long, 10 inches high and 5 inches in depth. There are 2 rolled leather shoulder straps about 30 inches long with a 10 inch drop in relation to the top of the bag. There are 4 small metal feet on the flat bottom.

I had two beautiful croco CLASSIC MEDIUM ASTOR bags from Bmakowsky and the leather is great. However,the leather for this bag is not as i expected. It looks as if it is fading, some was like faux leather. The bags i own are croco embossed but they have a SLIGHT shine to it, but not like PATENT LEATHER. This bag is DIM...u dont see any light reflection at all, the brown is not ok... it would have been nicer if you can see the light bounce of the leather. Like i said, croco embossed dont have to look like PATENT LEATHER, BUT the bags i own look very nice , when you can see the light bounce off. Overall, i like the style. The leather inside the bag could have been grooming a bit more, it has stiches on the leather, and the rest of the leather just hanging loose. I want to see what the CREME color look likes. IT is a BIG BAG. The price a bit HIGH for the bag...NOT so much details, other than the croco embossed.
The bags i owned can STANT STILL because they have the 4 protective feet. This style have the 4 feet BUT still SLOUCH...the leather is SOFT....but not SOFTTTTTTT...Comparing to the CLASSIC ASTOR MEDIUM, this one dont stand well. The zipper closing top, the flap, dont offer much for usage. It is more for details, and a bit hassle when u UNLOCK and open the bag, u have to hold neither of the handle strap to open it out......because the zipper flap is in the medium of the strap. Unlike the Classic MEdium Astor,you can pull the zipper and thats all. Overall, i give this an 7 out of 10 !
