Love the style of the bag, but it fell apart already....I only purchased it less than 3 months ago!, May 27, 2010

I purchased this at the end of February 2010 and was thrilled when I received it. I have been using it since and just recently a strap came detached and there is no way for me to fix it. A piece came off the buckle. I looked online to see if I could contact B. Makowsky and I can't find any contact info for B. Makowsky. i did see comments from people that B. Makowsky doesn't stand behind their merchandise. They have no repair facility. I am in shock about this because Dooney and Burke stands behind their merchandise and they will replace your bag! B. Makowsky should replace your bag. I am extremely disillusioned with B. Makowsky because of this purse falling apart in less than three months. These are expensive bags. B. Makowsky says the merchant should do something. So what is Amazon going to do for me?
