these are great- love them! they are soft and squeezable and baby loves them! he plays with them more then his wooden blocks plus they are larger then average -so easier to stack. BUT they are nine dollars at target! so shame on you amazon for overpricing these!!!!

well this was an oh my gosh! when I saw this item at target. I had to have them for my then 8 month old, she 9 months now. Right now all she does is chew on them, fall on them, and knock them over when I stack them. But she doesn't get hurt when she falls on them, they are great on her mouth since she is teething. They have a number 1 - 10 on each block, each block has a different animal on it, and the number of animals on each block coordinated with the number on the block as well as the same number of shapes, block 7 has 7 ducks, and also has 7 lines (or whatever shape is on it) My daughter has fun, and as she gets older she will start stacking them and learning from the pictures. Her two year old cousin had fun playing with them and saying his numbers. Its a great product for babies and toddlers. Soft, colorful, and well soft is a big plus for us, and its educational.

My six month old loves playing with these blocks and I don't have to worry about him getting hurt if he tumbles over and lands on them. They are made of soft rubber and can be washed in the dishwasher. They squeak, they're fun for Baby to chew on and they were inexpensive. Great value!

I bought these blocks at Target, and they are the best blocks around. They are soft and squishy, so my nine-month-old can chew on them or squeeze them. He always wants one block in each hand, and he chews on them constantly. He loves it when I squeeze them and the little bit of air blows on his face. As he gets older, the blocks will be great because they have numbers and animals on them.

I have been eying these blocks since before my son was born, but I've been hesitant to buy them. I had a set like this back 10 years ago when my oldest was a baby, and they were well loved. As I am overseas, I wasn't keen on having to pay s/h just for the blocks. At the price they're offered at right now (ten blocks for eighteen dollars), there is no way I would buy them. Lucky for my, my local military post toy store started carrying them for half what they're offered for this same set (and then twenty for the really big set). I ended up buying three sets, one of the small ten block sets, and two of the bigger sets for Christmas.

My baby is only four months old, but he's really big for his age (already teething, climbing over things). With older kids, I worry that the wood blocks that they stack up for him will be a hard landing ground, so these blocks are a great alternative. He's teething, so they're chewed on without worry of splinters or paint coming off.

I would recommend these to any parent that has a baby. I imagine as he gets older, he'll start throwing them and they're less likely to break the glass table, windows, or TV versus the wooden blocks.

I love this toy by all my heart. With two my children, a girl 2 yo and a boy 5 month old, this is a truly multipurpose and safe toy. Now the main user of it is my daughter.
I can't tell that it is baby toy, it is more for toddlers. But again, with the younger child the additional concern that if older kid will try to play with the younger one, it si developing and still safe for the baby. These blocks are meeting all my possible wishes to the toys: they educate and develop, entertain a child and allow them to have fun. My girl builds houses and trains of the blocks, throws them, squeezes, looks at the pictures and color and reports me about it, we are counting them...

Blocks have beautiful animal designs on them and numbers too. They are very soft and squeak. I recommend purchasing at Target. I bought a set on sale for a little over 7.00. Highly recommend.

Bought these based on reviews, and Amazon didn't steer me wrong! These blocks are the perfect size for my one year old's little hands, and they stack well, despite being soft with no sharp corners. The colors are bright and vivid, and the designs are REALLY cute. I love the patterns and animals! The carrying case is also perfect for his size, and makes it easy to take these with us when I need to keep him entertained for a while in a doctor's office, etc. (In fact, the last time we had them in a doctor's waiting room, another waiting patient fell in love with them and was asking for the brand so she could buy some for her granddaughter!) I also noticed no plasticky smell when I first opened them, which is a nice change from a lot of rubber/plastic items we buy. I highly recommended these - they're simple, cute, fun, and safe.

My son, who is six months, received these blocks for Christmas and he has loved them! The size and texture are perfect for his little hands and I love the bright colors. I recently took them to a family gathering so he would have something to play with (the bag the blocks come in is perfect for transporting and storing the blocks). He barely got to play with them as his older cousins absolutly loved them. The cousins range from 3 years to 18 months and we were all surprised by what a hit the blocks were. In fact I am planning on buying a set as a surprise for one of them. Would highly recommend these blocks for good old fashion fun!

These blocks are soft, colorful, squeaky and educational. They are some of the best number blocks I have ever seen and also some of the safest. I definitely recommend them. Your baby or toddler will have lots of fun with them.
