This book is not one of the many "how to" books on O.B.Es. This is the first fictional story about O.B.Es that I've read. It involves a character who like many young adults today can't find satisfaction from living a "normal" life like everyone else. The character feels like the things people pursue like education, career, and chasing materialistic dreams are just empty pursuits. Even chasing girls seems useless bacause he doesn't feel like the type of "succesfull" stud that girls want.
Everything changes after his therapist gives him a book about different realities and astral projection. After reading the book and trying out the techniques he has an out of body experience that takes him to incredible journeys in different worlds with a girl that he meets in the astral world. The experience changes his life completely and he developes a different perspective on life.
I highly recommend this book to anyone interested in O.B.Es and would like a good story. This book is also good for people who are tired of books on theories and techniques.

I love how this book takes you on a journey and challenges you to not only see our world differently but to also see beyond it. I feel the author did a great job of keeping a constant flow that encourages the reader to continue on while offering material that keeps it fresh and alive. Though this book is fiction it does offer a lot to those seeking information about O.B.E. like myself. Its not to caught up in trying to define what O.B.E. is but rather gives you a look at what it can do for you if you decide to embark upon a journey of your own.
