I ordered this chair to replace one where the pneumatic height adjustment failed. My 6 foot plus frame weighs a fit 250 pounds, so the chair has a great deal to live up to. The chair went together easily. I chose not to add the arm rests as I roll back and forth between several desks and the chair's arms simply get in the way of reaching for gear/paper off one side or the other. The chair is comfortable and works as advertised. The only fault I find with the chair is a popping noise whenever I lean back. While annoying, I still like the chair.
