This is a great webcam and the purchase went smoothly. The seller was first rate! The only aspect I am not crazy about is that I cannot fix cam securely to top of my laptop when open but have to kind of "perch" it. I wish it had a clip of some kind. That is my only complaint, however. The lens is very sharp and clear, the aperture is sensitive to ambient light so that my viewers always think I am in a well-lit room. The microphone is excellent with no "noise" and yet is very sensitive.

A very good camera and overall very reasonably priced considering the quality. The image quality is very good and it works well even if your lighting isn't the best. I used the Windows drivers at first and it worked right out of the box. I later added the latest sfotware from the Logitech website for the extra features it enables.

I was worried due to another review saying that it would not work with Win 7 64 bit, but I have had no issues with Win 7 64 bit or Skype. The other user that gave the camera 1 star must have had an issue with his Computer that was related to something other than the camera software.

superb image (carl zeiss glass) and plug and play -- use it with skype ... did not download any logitech software, just plugged it into a usb port, set it on one of my monitors, booted skype and it worked first time ... the cost is prob in the glass, but again, image is perfectomundo ... good luck with your pro 9000 ... regards, craig

This is my second odrder of this product. The webcam is one of the best that Ihave used, I would buy nothing else. The delivery was fast.

Great quality webcam. I have one on my other computer and there is no comparison to the quality of this one. I use it for skype business meetings with no problems.

This item was purchased for my 18 year old niece who requested it as a Christmas present. She is extremely happy with the product. She says it projects crystal clear images which the previous web cam she bought, did not. I don't know anything about the merchadise myself (I am 56 years old and not very computer savey with alot of the newer technological devices). However, my niece is content, and that is the thing that matters most to me.

This was a gift to our grandkids, now we get to see and hear them much more often. Amazon was not the cheapest, so a couple of cents more they are worth it but I have used them in the past with great results.

The title says it all. I have Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit operating system running on an Intel i7 920 processor. Logitech's camera software will not install correctly. You can't get a picture at all. I spent over an hour on the phone with Logitech Support and also corresponded via emails. The net effect was no help. Their software gives Script Errors, Not Win32 application errors, and it thinks I am running an AMD 32 bit processor. Don't buy this product for use on an Intel Windows 7 machine. I does not work. I will work fine on the obsolete XP operating system that I no linger own.
