perfect fitting for baby bjorn crib, but not a necessity. i purchased both the crib and the sheet at the same time, but the crib arrived one day earlier. since i had immediate international travel within days, i was eager to try my little one in the crib, in case any adapting time was needed. i used a regular crib fitted sheet and tucked the excess material under the mattress. the mattress fit so tightly, i don't think that my little one would notice that lack of perfect fit in the sheet. i could have lived without this extra purchase. not necessary, unless your little one has a tendency to pull and tug out of curiosity or destruction.

I'm writing this review without having purchased or used the Baby Bjorn Travel Crib Light Fitted Sheet. I just wanted people looking at this product to know that it is not necessary for use with the Baby Bjorn Travel Crib Light (BBTCL).
I purchased a BBTCL and have used my standard crib sheets just fine on it - the ones that work best are the ones that are tighter on my standard crib mattress. I don't have to use extra clips or fasteners to get it to stay tight, and the BBTCL mattress pushes down tightly enough to keep the sheet in place.
I would most definitely NOT spend $40 on this sheet, that is a ridiculous price.

This sheet is great because it fits the Baby Bjorn travel crib mattress perfectly. The other generic travel yard sheets I bought tend to bunch up the mattress.

This sheet is knitted as opposed to woven so it is very soft and does not get as chilly as woven sheets in cooler temps.

I an happy it is organic cotton but I took off one star because I think it is still rather pricey.

The babybjorn fitted sheet fits the babybjorn travel crib perfectly, unlike most other non jersey portable cot sheets. However if you purchase a jersey knit portable crib sheet - it works like a charm as it has a little extra give compared to woven sheets. Price of babybjorn sheet - $35. Price of jersey sheet - $5. You do the math!

I was reluctant to spend the $36 for this sheet but for some reason I felt the travel crib was not complete without it. I wish they'd just include the sheet with the travel crib and charge a little extra. The sheet is very nice. Fits the crib perfectly and it is very soft. I think $20 would be a more appropriate price.

I love this sheet but if I had to do it again, I probably wouldn't buy it. I'm giving it 4 stars because as a product itself - its perfect and it fits the mattress completely fine. Its just way too much money to pay for a sheet and of course with my first child, I was paranoid about making sure the sheet fit perfectly. However, I found that the porta crib cotten jersey sheets by American Baby company fit perfectly as well. Its a bit of a tighter fit but they eventually mold into the shape. I should also mention that we use the baby bjorn travel crib as her main crib.

Yes, this sheet is expensive but in this case - you get what you pay for. It is a soft, organic material that fits the mattress perfectly. Other reviews have suggested getting any cheap crib sheet and folding under the excess material but I wouldn't do that. Our baby is very active when he is sleeping and rolls his way around the crib throughout the night. I wouldn't be able to sleep if I was worried about the extra sheet material as a suffocation hazzard. We only use our travel crib once or twice per month, so it was worth the extra money to get this high quality sheet that fits properly.

Fit's nicely and it's soft. A little pricey but we are happy we have it.

I'd like to state that I LOVE the Baby Bjorn travel crib and have purchased this fitted sheet and used it many times. The quality is great, it is thin but that's fine with me, and it fits the mattress very well. That said I find this sheet to be overpriced (hence the 3 stars) and purchased an american baby company mini sheet as back-up which work just as good as this one does and it costs 3 or 4 times less.

The title says it all really. I wanted something organic - this is it. It is pricey but it washed well and dries quickly when you hang it (you aren't meant to tumble dry this sheet, if that's an issue). It fits well and fits in the carry case with the travel crib.
