We have gotten soooo much mileage out of our Baby Bjorn. Our daughter never really liked being in her infant seat and pushed around in the stroller so this was a lifesaver (sanity-saver) for us. I used this carrier more than I used her stroller for the first 5 months.

At first, my daughter would get in, "head-butt" my chest and get more and more frustrated (as would I) but at around 3 months, she stopped doing this and would just fall asleep. She loves facing out and looking around and takes naps this way as well.

Both my husband and I have worn this, and been able to get it on - by ourselves. We've just put it on, leaving one side open, and then placed our daughter in and buckled it up. No problem. Only now, that our 5 month-old is 17 lbs, do I find it hard to wear for an extended amount of time.

I can throw this in the washer and then line-dry it and it comes up beautifully.

If the cost is keeping you away, just keep in mind that you can always resell it and get quite a bit back. Ours came used from a friend with two kids. It is still safe, secure and will be put away until we have our second baby.

I struggled with choosing which baby carrier to buy and based on reviews decided to go with the baby bjorn. My daughter loves it and it is a life saver in the store (she will not sit in her infant car seat). Some people have commented on it being hard to use when you're alone but I have not found that to be true. I usually get the carrier on, leaving one side open, and then slide my daughter in and buckle it up. I have never had help with this carrier and have had no problems. Overall, an infant carrier is a must, especially if you have an attached baby as I do. Well worth the money, quality construction and style..
Plus, I have heard that they have excellent resale value if you would like to make some of your money back when you are done!

I have used this carrier when my baby was a newborn and now that he is 9 months old. I LOVE it and so does he. Now that he can sit forward and see everything, he enjoys it and seems to be comfortable in it. Although a bit expensive, I would recommend this to anyone looking at a carrier. My husband has used it as well and he's a lot bigger than me, and it fits him fine also. It's so easy to put the baby in and to take him out.

The Baby Bjorn is extremely well designed and it has been one of the most useful things we registered for. My daughter is cranky in her stroller and in the infant car seat but she loves being toted around in the Baby Bjorn. I take her for a walk every evening and she just loves looking around and the rocking motion. She even naps in it if I'm shopping and she's no longer interested in the sights! I am sooo glad we paid the $90 for it. It's been a life saver!

I can imagine that once the baby is over 15 lbs, he/she may have to graduate to a backpack or something else but till they are too heavy, this is THE way to carry a baby!

I recieved this carrier as a baby gift and I was soo excited and happy that someone would be so generous to spend that ammount of money on me and my baby!! =) I put my daughter in it when she was a newborn, and immediatly she loved it!! She fell asleep the first time she was in it!! It has wonderful head support, and it is very comfortable for me and baby. It is so easy to put on as well!! You don't need any help at all!! Unlike other carriers that I have tried using to compare. I also recieved the snugli has a gift, but it was soo hard to put on and take baby out! It was a horrible experience!! I think nothing tops Baby Bjorn!!=) It is truely the best!! My daughter is 9 months old and I still used it!! She still loves being close to mommy, and I love her being close to me as well!=) I will be really sad when she won't be able to fit in it anymore, but I will save it for when I have another baby!!!=) Nothing tops this carrier!

I received this as a gift and absolutely love it. Although it is a little pricey, it is worth it for its quality and versatility. I previously had a cheaper version which was next to impossible to get the baby in and out of. This one is much easier with the side entry option.

I've tried this carrier and it really gave me a bachache after wearing it for a short time. Also the baby grows out of it very quickly. I love the ergo baby carrier (highest rated by users as testified on the baby bargins website) and am still using it with my 14 month old son. I own a really nice stroller/carseat combo. The baby liked it at first but seems to get claustrophobic in the carseat.

Once she got to be big enough, 8lbs, she loved using the Bjorn. If you have a snuggle loving baby, its a great investment.

We enjoy walks together and its great for shopping. "Baby wearing" is great for baby's development and so nice for bonding.

My only complaint/suggestion for Bjorn is that its a little hard to manage when its not in use. Kindof like spaghetti with all the straps. The need to sell it with a nice little bag to keep it clean and tucked away when its not is use. I find myself trying to cram it in the diaper bag or under the stroller but all the straps keep popping out. Maybe I should just use a dedicated bag for it.

I was given one of these as a gift when my oldest daughter was born...she is now 2.5 years old...I used it with her from the time she was 2 weeks old until she turned 1. Then I bought a backpack carrier....now I use the same one for my son who is almost 10 months!! I have never had a problem with this carrier and it fits snug and secure. I have always felt that my children were as safe as they could possibly get in a tummy carrier. You can face them towards you or facing out when they are older! It has been thrown in the washer and has never failed. It is very easy to adjust for different heights and is very comfortable! Definitely worth the money!

We received the baby bjorn as a shower gift before our son was born. It is an absolute must have. We not only use it when we go to the store or places we don't want to use the stroller, but at home as well. Whenever he gets tired or cranky, I put him in it and he quites down almost immediately.
