Great product. GREAT price. Much sturdier than I expected. Looks like it will last a lifetime.

This item works GREAT'''' we buy our begals at Costco a dozen at a time,even the large ones cut perfect.Well made and worth every penny.

Used one of these at a hotel we were staying at. Great design, works well, much safer than cutting with a knife.

Just bought 8 dozen bagels from Costco and before I put them into the freezer I always slice them first. Wow! So much better than using a bread knife - safer and so quick and easy! I am tickled pink with this product and highly recommend it to any and all bagel lovers.

This is the second bagel biter (guillotine). The first was a gift for my son and

he was so happy with it I ordered another for myself.

I am very pleases with the item, the shipping time and the quality.

I mainly bought this so that my pre-teen kids can cut their own bagels without worrying. We buy several dozen at a time and freeze them, so it is somebody's job to cut them all before they are frozen. This has been my job in the past, but now the kids can help out. Plus, so far they are fighting about who is going to do it.

I had 2 choices...keep putting bandages on my hands or get a bagle cutter :) I opted for the bagel cutter.

It works as designed very well, HOWEVER...as we all get fatter you may have noticed an average bagel has gotten bigger to help that cause :( You kind of have to stuff larger bagels in this thing...it'll still work, but it just doesn't feel right...especially if you actually do know how to cut a bagel in half with a knife.

Update as of 2.22.11 - this device was great, but it has found its way to the drawer of un-used kitchen equipment. It is just faster to use a knife.

This is a great bagel cutter. It's sharp and precise, and eliminates the fear of cutting a bagel with a knife. I strongly recommend this cutter for bagel eaters.
