This ptoduct is great for toning the legs, thighs and buttocks. Been wanting one for awhile, now I have it and love it so much, the resistance bands and thigh wraps to help shed excess water are also a bonus as I did not know it came with it.

The thigh bar has good resistance on it, but the padding around the bar is somewhat lacking at the area where it presses against your knees. You'll really start to feel the tender spot if you use it several times a day or even several days consecutively, so keep this in mind. Other than that the rest of it worked great. Everything was a good fit and good workout.
