I bought this item about six months ago, when I decided to lose weight and it works miracles. It truly pulls all of the excess water out of your body and forces you to sweat, which is great if you are someone who easily retains water. It contains a resistance material which force you to work harder than you normally would withot wearing it. It is fabulous, with the help of the All-In-One Body Slimmer I have loss almost twenty pounds. The All-In-One is better than the Slimmer Belts as it pulls water from more of your body than your tummy. It is great! An excellent buy.

I use this when I work out EVERY day. I will never workout without this. Its kinda of uncomfortable at first, but you will get used to it. It seriously works wonders. You sweat a lot of water out, but it keeps you toned. It increases your calorie burn. I highly recommend it. But I would get a size M-L because I normally wear a size M, I'm 5"2 and the small-med is too small. Get it ladies, its sooo worth it!

This product arrived on time and I'm very pleased with the results that the body trimmer has done for my body. I had a baby over a year ago and it's been a struggle trying to lose the weight. I wish that I would've known about this product a long time ago. Thank you.Bally All-in-One Body Slimmer

It delivers the promise: it does make me sweat, making the workouts (I hope) more effective.
As been mentioned in previous reviews, the slimmer is noisy, so it helps to put shorts or some pants over them. I wear size medium/large clothing, so I have bought a L/XL, and it turned out a pretty close fit; it is a bit bulging in the mid section, but I think it would be too small in a S/M. Being a little loose however,it managed to rip on the side after just three workouts, so I had to stitch it up myself. And yes, it is itchy (especially in the zipper area).
I have nothing to compare this slimmer with, but when I drop some inches off, and start looking to buy a smaller size, it won't be the Bally any more.

I got this about a week and a half ago, and I got it in L/XL because I am a size 10. I tried it on, and it was a little loose around the waist area which didn't bother me. What sucks, though, is after the second day I used it, the seams on the right side ripped!!! I mean, it was already pulled up right below my chest area where it would usually stop, and I just pulled up a little to adjust it to my comfort and it ripped! All in all, I have used it for ever workout (30 min a day, 5 days a week), for the past week and I have worked up a major sweat in half the time it would take me to usually. It's an alright product, would be happier if the material didn't rip, but I can deal with it.

I just got this in the mail and I tried it on immeadiately and I can tell it works wonders, but you have to consider that it fits tightly, I ordered the L/XL and on it fts perfectly but it was a little troublesome to put on, I am a size 10-11 pant. Still glad I purchased it.

I only gave these slimmer shorts a 4 because of the fit. I bought them to help shed some water weight postpartum and to get a little more out of my workout shedding some baby weight... at 5'3" and 140 lbs. post baby, the shorts still were not as fitting as I thought they'd be. I have a lot of room around my legs and around my waist and I bought a s/m. It would be nice if Bally would make these in a true small to avoid this problem. Aside from that... the shorts work great. I def. notice a bit more resistance when I walk (still to early to do a hard workout) and they DEFINITELY have been helping pull the water out of my body that I just couldn't seem to get off. I can see a difference in my belly, hips and thighs already and I hope it only gets better once I can truly 'work out' in these! Despite the fit... I'd recommend them to anyone who retains water and needs a boost to sweat it out... or even just for the support they seem to give in the hips and back when exercising.

I purchased this item to help me loose weight while deployed. It works great. I am loosing weight fast. I wear it when I run. My only draw back is the zipper would pinch my skin. By being overseas I has to wear it under my clothes so what I did was put a tank top on under my t-shirt and tucked that into the body slimmer (problem solved). You do sweat ALOT more so once you stop working out so be prepared for that. I don't recommend going anywhere but home once you finish working out.

I ordered a XL and could not get it zipped. I usually wear a size 14/16 in clothes and the All-In-One slimmer would not get all of me in it and then zip also. I plan to return it.

My only reason for not giving this product 5 stars, is the fit. I got a L/XL, and am a size 16. I *barely* squeeze into them, and am terrified of splitting a seam. And they do make a pretty funny noise when I walk around, which makes them a poor choice for the gym. But doing chores at home, or even watching TV, takes on additional benefits when wearing these shorts.
