banker's chair
The chair arrived in a box that was demolished-enough that UPS suggested returning it-which I did. There was a small amount of initial confusion when the chair went to some warehouse and they didn't notify the main office but once that was cleared up there was a new chair on the road almost immediately. The chair is sturdy and well worth the money.

Missing parts
Chair arrived and was missing the hydraulic piston that goes between the base and the chair. The left arm was not correct. It wouldn't fit the holes provided. They replaced both parts, unfortunately, the new arm they sentwas a different finish than the rest of the chair. It was close enough and it fit so I used it. Chair itself, works well, not the highest...

Beautiful Chair,

Very nice chair to fit in with my all antique (Except for this chair) wood office. The only thing I don't love is the suspension is a bit clunky.
