The ONLY positive thing I have to say about this product is that the mount is very sturdy and well made. Other than that, this thing is junk. The four tiny set screws are responsible for both sighting adjustments and grounding to complete the electrical circuit. As designed, it is impossible to sight the laser and actually have the laser on. (A seemingly important detail, but I guess if you don't want accuracy from your laser sight, that's okay.) Absolutely frustrating. Returned for a refund. Don't buy it.

P.S. To anyone in our armed forces or law enforcement--If you happen to be using this sight in a hostage situation and i'm the hostage, aim for my head--you'll be guaranteed to hit...the innocent bystander thirty feet away.

Got the laser pretty cheap, mounted it on my Glock 19...had some trouble adjusting laser. The little allen head screws are a little tedious to work with. Finally, after some rotation of the laser within the mount and manipulation of the screws, I got the laser to match pretty close (but not exactly) with my glock sights. Went to the range on an overcast day to test it out and I could not see the beam at all. Laser was not visible at 15-20 yards for me. However, laser is very bright in my house and I am confident that my gun will shoot where the laser is pointed if ever I had to use it in my house. Nice and easy on/off switch. Still a good buy for home defense cause you won't have to aim with sights in that emergency situation.

I purchased this BARSKA Red Laser Pistol Rifle Sight System because it was so much cheaper than the laserlyte sight I just lost. The picture of the actual laser looked identical but the product was far inferior. In the price range it was listed it would be a good purchase for a novice and I would recommend it.

As the other reviewer says, the mount is the only half decent quality. I've tried to zero this laser sight several times and it's virtually impossible. The allen set screws strip out in a heart beat. Maybe it can be used as a pointer. Save your money, don't buy it.
