if you have ever taken a Popsicle stick and cut it in half to use it in a project this saves you the effort. I also like using them when making candles. They are much easier to work with and to wrap wicks around to hold them then Popsicle sticks. I have got my moneys worth out of them and have not used all of them yet. A lot of simple projects that they can be used for. I also cut them in pieces and use them as wedges and splints to hold things while glue is drying.
Look closely at the picture. These are not popsicle sticks. They are almost the size of coffee stirring sticks, only longer and not very consistent with each other. I can't imagine why anyone would want these. They break when you try and use them for stirring or spreading glue. Each one is different, so you can't use them to build anything. I bought them by mistake thinking I was getting constructible popsicle sticks.
The good thing is if you look closely at the picture you could see if that's what you want. And there are a lot of them. Maybe snapping them with your fingers is therapeutic, I don't know.
