Cuts any size
White, Red or Burgundy they are the same. I have now used mine for everything from donuts to English muffins and Bagels. It will cut any thickness 5" or under bagel. It is spring loaded and self adjusts for the thickness. I buy my Bagels on sale and sometimes get the thin ones and sometimes get the thick ones. There are better!
It works, but it is not sturdy enough to last long at slicing bagels. You have to turn the bagel to slice it all the way around. There are better.
