These pillows are truly beautiful pillows and we loved them the first couple of days. But, sadly, being over 65, we both just felt that the pillows weren't for us. My husband's head sank into the pillow, as did mine. We needed more support. So, we gave them to our son, and purchased others that were 'firmer'...Our son and his wife are in love with them. Must just be our 'old bones' that needed firmer support. Nothing against the pillows, just us old folks.

Local and most online memory foam pillows were good quality but only this one was thick enough for great side sleeping support of the heat and neck, especially when sleeping on a firm memory foam mattress!
Strongly recommended if the 4-5 inch thick memory foam pillows are not supportive enough, this one is 6 inches thick.

The pillow I ordered gave me the worst head and neck aches. I wanted to return it only to realize that there is a no return policy on pillows. What sense does that make? You are ordering a pillow online, sight unseen, and have no chance to return it if is is not suitable? I am out $60 for something that I will end up throwing in the trash. They really need to rethink their policies.

I am writing this to make sure that other are aware of their NO RETURN POLICY on these things, "All Sales Final". I hope this will help others make an informed decision. I wish I had.

I love sleeping on my sides and on my back, but have found in the past that I would wake up with pain in my neck or shoulders and arms. I have purchased many different types of pillows to find that I was back to having problems. I have a memory foam mattress which I just love and keeps my back and legs comfortable. When I found this Italian Visco Memory foam pillow I thought it would help. Yeah! I sleep comforatably, no waking up, tossing and turning etc. I have the best sleep of all. I also like the idea that it has a warm and cool side of the pillow. It is worth every penny.

Been hesitant to buy a expensive pillow but need one as I was tired of the cheap fiberfill crap $5.99 pillows from K-mart. I use to use two of them together to get the support I wanted. This pillow works great though and is more comfortable and I only need one.

This pillow is more comfortable than my temperpedic pillows that I have used for many years. The product is well made and extremely comfortable. The pillow provides the right amount of support required for a good night sleep.

Thought I would prefer the the BBC-04. After reading reviews, I went with the BBC-06. Thank you for the reviews!! I am relieved I went with the BBC-06. I have quickly become a fan of Bamboo products. I have Bamboo sheets, t-shirts, and shorts. Starting to get my family hooked on Bamboo products.

I have slept great with this pillow. Though, I didn't have problems sleeping with previous memory pillow. Have used memory pillows for about 8 years. Used to have problems falling asleep and would wake up with kinks in my neck. I have not had these problems since I started using memory pillows!!

These pillows are top of the line and are very comfortable. They are not too hard and they are not too soft like other memory foam pillows, They have the perfect density. I would recommend This pillow to anyone.

I bought 2 of these a week ago. We already had 3 Tempurpedic pillows - 2 shaped & 1 traditional. We were looking for some memory foam pillows for our vacation home and after considering price & reviews we chose these. They arrived several days ago so we gave them a try at home. They are very soft compared to what we were used to. My wife loves her "regular" shaped Tempurpedic - it is firm, full, yet easily molds to and supports your head. I must say that I love it also. These new ones are far softer - somewhere between a plain foam pillow and the Tempurpedic. Don't misunderstand me, they are memory foam & very comfortable, but they lack the substance I was expecting. I believe I read somewhere in their product description that they use 4lb foam, perhaps the issue.
Also, the pillows are not a solid piece of foam; they are perforated throughout with ¼ inch holes for ventilation. This may also contribute to what I perceive as a lack of substance. Perhaps this design will eliminate what my wife calls the "summertime hot pillow".
The chemical odor was there as usual but was minimal. It's been a week now and there still is a faint smell -- but very bearable--it's almost gone.
All in all, they are OK. Last night my wife went back to her Tempurpedic so "she could get a good night's sleep". That sounded worse than it is. These are simply different than what we've been on for the past 5 years. I've used them for nearly a week now and am getting accustomed to the feel.
I suppose, if I were to do it over again, I would shell out the money for the Tempurpedics and have none of these regrets. The worst case will be that these new ones end up in our guest room & we buy what we should have in the first place.

This is my first memory foam pillow and I have to say it's hands down more comfortable than your average "normal" pillow. So far so good, I have had it for a couple weeks and am sleeping well on it.
