Product Description

BBP received so many requests to make a DSLR camera bag so they finally made one. They didn't just make it a boring rectangular cube like some other brands we won't mention, but they made it a slick sling design that is highly functional and fast to use. It obviously holds your fancy DSLR, but it also holds 1 or 2 lens and best of all there's a padded slot for an iPad. Transfer pics from from you DSLR and review/edit/post your pictures on the fly. This DSLR Slinger is great for a professional photographer on the move or even a budding amateur. Can hold a full size DSLR camera body with a 135mm lens. Goes over your left shoulder as DSLR cameras are made for righties.

this is basically another version of Case Logic SLRC-205 SLR Camera Sling

however with one more compartment, it is excellent for traveller.

I previously owned Case Logic SLRC-205 SLR Camera Sling and a canon 60d with 18-135mm kit lens and a flashlite 430. It works great however you cannot fit in any more equipment.

I recently purchased a canon 10-22mm ultra wide angle lens, therefore I have to find another bag with extra space. I like sling bag because it's very sporty and have quick access to my camera.

I looked at both case logic and vanguard for sling bags with extra space but I was very disappointed.Case Logic DCB-308 SLR Camera Sling have enough space but looks not well-made furthermore, the suspension system is not incorporated. Vanguard Up-rise 43 Zoom Expandable Sling Camera Bag's design of two lens compartment is not friendly when you want to change lens because camera is in another compartment and you have to get the camera from another zipper.

I'm very satisfied with this BBP bag. I highly recommend this bag to people who have one lens and a flash or two lens and travel a lot and want to have quick access to camera.

I really want to give this product a five star.

The reason why I give this product a four stars instead of five stars is because the materials although very good but not as good as case logic SLRC-205 and it charges 80 bucks.

I think it's a mistake for case logic not to have a upgrade version of SLRC-205 of itself.

I loves both of these two bags but since I have more equipment than I did before, I will use BBP more often and set my case logic sling aside for a while.

Convenient camera case and I also carry an iPad. Problem with the shoulder pad strap. Adjustment will not hold, and I had to tape it. Adjustment buckle needs some teeth.

I used this bag for a 70D, 430 II flash, and an extra lens. I thought it would be a big larger than it is, but I think it has been designed really well and fits more accessories than it appears.

One thing I do not like are the long straps that have to be rolled up in order to get them out of the way. Small inconvenience, however.

Design is nice, sling bag makes it easy to carry and access the camera quickly. Unfortunately, the bag isn't built terribly well, a strap tore soon after purchase and have now lost two zipper pulls that came off. Not sure I'd buy this one again.

This is an excellent quality bag that I hated to return. My problem was that if you don't have the side strap connected and you take your hand off the bag it wants to quickly slip off your shoulder. I went with the Lowepro Slingshot AW that seems to stay put on my shoulder, but slides around easily when you want it to. I'm 6'4" with broad shoulders, so maybe it's my body type that's the problem. The tripod connection is far better on the BBP bag, too.

I felt like it was too awkward for my body type. I'm tall and athletically built, and it just wasn't comfortable. I also didn't allow myself much time to get used to it before our European vacation, so that may have helped, as one strap was appealing to me. I just couldn't get it to 'fit' right. Seems like a great idea!

Previous to this bag, I used the AmazonBasics DSLR Backpack. But that bag was too small for me to wear as a larger guy, and I wanted something I could take just my most necessary gear, put it on and not think about it until I needed it. I came across this bag and found the reviews to be good, so I got it. For the most part, I've been happy with it.

It's a good size, it has nice compartments, and it works great as a sling bag that allows easy access to my gear without having to take it off. I like that the back is padded, which makes it comfortable. The iPad slot works great. I often put my 10" Netbook in there with power cord and it's still comfortable to carry. I like that the main camera compartment has movable supports, so I can configure it to my liking. Right now, I have it set so I put my camera lens down, hovering an inch or two from the bottom of the bag to ensure it doesn't bump when I set it down. My gear feels well protected, and everything is easily accessible when I pull it around to my front.

That said, there are a few things I'm not crazy about. I wish the top carrying handle wasn't on the camera compartment flap. It feels like it may be an accident waiting to happen if I neglect to zip the compartment fully closed. Wearing it as a sling with the pack on my back, it feels like the strap cuts across my neck like a seat belt. Some sort of padding or something else design-wise may have alliviated this, but it may be something that's different to different people. Also, the zipper pulls have been breaking off this thing left and right lately -- not from irregular usage, but more like the smallest wear and tear shows them to be flimsy. I've replaced a few of them with keyrings and it works fine, but it doesn't feel as solid as it could in those areas.
